01 Can we start with just SharePoint Restart and decide later?
Yes. Restart is a completely standalone service with a clearly defined result. Once we're done, you'll have a risk overview and recommendations for the next step in hand. Whether you then go for setting the rules (Governance) is entirely up to you. Nothing commits you to continuing.
02 How does access to our environment work?
Your data never leaves your environment. We run the analysis directly inside your Microsoft 365 environment and only within the role you assign us (typically SharePoint Admin). We make no data exports out of your company, and when the project ends you simply revoke our access.
03 What if we don't have our own internal SharePoint team?
Then ongoing monitoring is ideal for you — we deliver it under our sister brand EasyCare 365. In the Managed and Full tiers we act as your complete external administrator: we watch the environment continuously, remediation hours are included in the monthly fee and management gets a readable monthly report. The price list and calculator are at easycare365.cz (in Czech).
04 What's the difference between EasyPortal 365 and EasyCare 365?
Same team, same company, a different promise. Under EasyPortal 365 we build apps for Microsoft 365 and run one-off projects — the audit (Restart) and setting the rules (Governance). EasyCare 365 is the service line: continuous tenant monitoring, a monthly report and ongoing remediation within a monthly fee. You can order them separately, but they work best in sequence — clean up, set the rules, keep it that way.
05 How do your services relate to Copilot and AI?
Absolutely fundamentally — they're a necessary step before turning it on. Most companies haven't prepared for the arrival of AI. If you let Copilot into an untidy environment, within a second it can find and show even highly sensitive documents (salaries or contracts, say) to people who shouldn't see them at all. Combining SharePoint Restart and Governance is the standard security preparation before turning Copilot on.
06 Do you work with smaller companies too?
Our services make the most sense from 30 Microsoft 365 users with an actively used SharePoint. Below that threshold, the investment doesn't pay off.
