Kamil has been working with SharePoint since 2001 — back when few people could imagine how central the platform would become inside companies. He spent six years at Microsoft, where he saw the platform from the inside: how it is built, where its strengths are and where companies keep tripping over it. He remains in touch with Microsoft's product team to this day, feeding practical, real-world experience back to Microsoft.
Over more than two decades he has run dozens of implementations, migrations and rescue projects. He has seen what works — and above all what causes trouble: chaotic structures, missing governance, abandoned sites and excess permissions. Precisely the things that make rolling out tools like Microsoft Copilot either ineffective or downright dangerous today.
In 2017 he founded Accelapps, a company building custom enterprise business applications on the Nintex K2 platform. From 2026 the company is moving under the EasyPortal 365 brand, with which Kamil returns to his roots — SharePoint first. What began as a one-man show is today a stable team of fifteen specialists and a portfolio of seventeen ready-made apps, governance services and a private secure AI — all running directly inside the customer's Microsoft 365, never outside it.
