SERVICES · THREE PACKAGES · CLEAR PRICING

Three steps to move you forward. Start where it hurts most.

SharePoint Restart cleans up the mess. Governance Setup defines the rules. SharePoint Care keeps the environment in shape. Each package has a concrete deliverable, timeline and price — no "we'll figure it out by the hour".

BEFORE YOU PICK

Find out where your SharePoint stands

A questionnaire across 18 areas — the SharePoint Vitality Check. You'll get a maturity rating, GAP analysis against the target for organisations of your size, and a roadmap with prioritised next steps. Free, 15–20 minutes.

  • Strategic frame, roles, naming conventions, exception process
  • Permissions, external sharing, sensitivity labels, retention
  • Search, branding, customisation, Power Platform governance
  • Copilot readiness, monitoring, backup, adoption, KPIs
Start the check We split the questionnaire across 2–3 people typically — IT admin + business owners.
PACKAGES

Three packages. Each with a concrete deliverable and price.

We don't start from zero — we start where it hurts most. Most clients go SharePoint Restart → Governance Setup → SharePoint Care.

01 AUDIT · RISK MAP

SharePoint Restart – three audits in one path .

Three audits in one path. Each also sold standalone. Get an independent view of your SharePoint — from three angles: how the tenant is configured, what's actually inside, and who has access to it. Typically before rolling out Copilot or further development.

RECOMMENDED ORDER Technical → Content → Permissions
01
TENANT SETTINGS

Technical audit

A comprehensive review of tenant-wide SharePoint Online settings. How the platform is globally configured for sharing, external collaboration, security and long-term governance.

WHAT WE ANALYSE
  • Sharing policies (internal, external, anonymous links)
  • Security settings and Conditional Access bindings
  • Tenant inventory: Hub sites, App Catalog, CDN, Multi-Geo
  • OneDrive sync policies for external sharing
  • Deleted site collections, content security
  • 18 metric findings and a health score
02
CONTENT STRUCTURE

Content audit

A detailed map of every site collection, its contents and usage. Shows how the environment grew organically, where governance weaknesses sit and what is worth migrating, modernising or archiving.

WHAT WE ANALYSE
  • Inventory of every site collection, hub hierarchy
  • Legacy classic subsites
  • Libraries, lists, Modern vs Classic page adoption
  • Storage analytics: top consumers, quotas, distribution
  • Inactive sites 6 m+/12 m+, sites without an owner
  • Teams analytics, external users, sensitivity labels
03
ACCESS RIGHTS

Permissions audit

Complete mapping of access rights across every site collection and its subwebs. Structural weaknesses in access management and concrete risky configurations.

WHAT WE ANALYSE
  • Site Collection Administrators per site (incl. single-admin)
  • SP Groups, custom vs built-in Permission Levels
  • Individually granted permissions, broken inheritance
  • Everyone / EEEU exposure, sharing links
  • Limited Access users, external users
  • Disabled accounts with active permissions (offboarding gap)
Read-only – We change nothing in the tenant.
No admin consent – SharePoint Admin role is enough.
Reproducible – Repeatable in 6 months — track trends.
Self-contained HTML – Open offline, share, archive.
02 RULES · LIFECYCLE

Governance Setup

Rules, roles and structure. So the chaos doesn't come back.

Who it's for

You want a managed, long-term sustainable M365 / SharePoint Online environment — with clear rules, roles and a logical structure. Typically after a Restart, or when SharePoint grew organically without a central concept.

Outcome

Defined roles, rules, lifecycle, ownership, governance model and information architecture for your environment.

Benefit

You know who is responsible for what, how sites get created, how permissions are handled and how the environment is structured — from navigation through naming to lifecycle.

What you get
Governance model design — roles, ownership and approval processes
Provisioning / deprovisioning and lifecycle of sites and teams
Target information architecture — hub structure, navigation, naming
Application Governance, Deployment Governance, Change Management
Data Protection, retention and Backup & Recovery rules
Governance document as the official standard
HOW IT WORKS

From enquiry to deliverable — what happens.

The same process for all three packages. No month-long discovery phase, no budget surprises.

ON PRICING

"Starting at" prices are indicative — we send a precise quote after a short call.

We share the price after a 30-minute introductory call.
No spam, no automated cold calls.
After the call you know which budget bracket the solution falls into.
If it doesn't make sense, we'll say so. Sometimes we recommend a different partner.
01 Can we start with just SharePoint Restart and decide later?
Yes. Restart is a standalone service with a concrete deliverable. After it you have a risk overview and a recommended next step in hand. Nothing commits you to continuing.
02 How does access to our environment work?
We work inside your tenant, with the role you assign us. No data leaves your environment. When the project ends, you revoke our access.
03 What if we don't have our own SharePoint admin team?
SharePoint Care is exactly for that case. We act as your external governance team — monthly reviews, consultations and management reports.
04 How does this relate to Copilot?
Most companies haven't prepared for Copilot. If Copilot has access to everything in M365, it will surface things that shouldn't have been surfaced. SharePoint Restart + Governance Setup is the standard preparation before turning Copilot on.
05 Do you work with smaller companies?
If you have at least 30 Microsoft 365 users and an active SharePoint Online, it makes sense. Below that, the investment is usually disproportionate to the benefit.
