Our founder Kamil Juřík has been working with SharePoint since 2001 – back when most companies still suspected that some kind of "intranet" might be useful, but no one knew exactly how to do it.
Over more than two decades he has been through dozens of implementations, migrations and rescue projects. He's seen what works, and especially what keeps breaking — chaotic structures, missing governance, abandoned sites, excess permissions. The very things Microsoft Copilot stumbles over today.
That's why in 2017 we started offering — under the EasyPortal 365 brand — what companies actually need: ready-made apps for typical agendas, governance services that bring order to the environment, and gradually also secure AI over corporate data. Always directly inside the customer's Microsoft 365, never outside.
Today we are a team of sixteen — architects, developers, consultants, infrastructure specialists. The company is about to be renamed from Accelapps s.r.o. to EasyPortal 365 s.r.o., so the name reflects what we actually do.
