What can we expect on the initial call?
We spend the first 30 minutes understanding where it hurts — what SharePoint you have, what's missing, what your timeline looks like. Based on that we'll recommend whether a Restart, Governance Setup, a specific app or a short consultation makes sense. No sales pressure — either we solve it, or we point you elsewhere.
How quickly do you get back to us?

Do we need to be on SharePoint Online to use EasyPortal 365 apps?
Yes. EP365 builds on top of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. That's our philosophy — we don't add another system, we use what you already have. If you're not yet on SharePoint Online, we'll help you roll it out (Restart) or start with an architectural consultation.
Do you work outside Prague and Brno?
Yes. We run most projects online — from kickoff workshops to rollout. We travel for key milestones wherever you are across Czech Republic and Slovakia.
How do you protect our data during an audit or Restart?
We work inside your tenant — we don't move data anywhere. Audits of permissions and content use a read-only service account. We sign an NDA upfront and process data in line with GDPR.
Do you handle implementations for 1000+ users?
Yes. Our largest engagements are in the 1,500–3,000 user range. For large tenants we have experience with phased rollouts, business-unit segmentation and integration with existing change management processes.
